Er. Shri Ram Neupane is an experienced expert with over 28 years of engineering, teaching, and management experience. Having completed his MSc in Water Resources Engineering, Neupane has led national-pride projects such as the Nagdhunga Tunnel and Melamchi, and has also served as a Board Member of the Nepal Engineering Council.
He has been honored with the "Prabal Jana Sewa Shri" decoration by the Government of Nepal for his remarkable contributions. Currently representing Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) from Tanahun Constituency No. 2, he is committed to bringing new perspectives and transparency to policy-making and development through his international experience and technical expertise.

Water resources will be maximized through multi-use of the Tanahun Hydropower Reservoir and resumption of small hydropower projects.

Industrial centers will be developed under a public-private partnership model, prioritizing local skills and employment.

"One Municipality – One Tourist Destination": tourism sites including cycling zones in the reservoir area will be developed.

A high-quality technical school will be established in Shuklagnandaki while community schools will be made smart and technology-friendly.

Local health centers will be upgraded to ensure easy access to specialist health services for citizens.

Quality roads, safe highway settlements, and high-speed internet will be provided through scientific use of natural resources.
